*This is a FULL TIME and IN-OFFICE role based out of our Union, NJ headquarters.*
Shift Time: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm, potential opportunities for Saturdays
If you are looking for a dynamic environment with a passionate, successful sales team, this is the job for you. This opportunity to join our organization as an Inside Sales Representative will allow you to gain hands-on experience as you potentially take your first steps into over-the-phone sales.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you would be contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our medical alert devices and services over the phone using our scripting. You will be utilizing company and product knowledge to answer any and all customer questions as well as asking questions to understand the customer's needs to close sales on the phone.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and close sales over the phone
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer retention
- Provide assistance to our current business partners by processing device orders
- Meet or exceed sales and conversion goals
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements:
- No prior phone-based sales required. We will train the right candidate
- A results-driven work ethic and highly determined to achieve goals
- Effective interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, communication and analytical skills
- Enthusiastic, engaging, and empathetic personality
- A love for connecting with people and finding a solution for their needs
- Must be available to work full-time shift
