Position Summary
Responsible for providing accounting support within the Accounting department by researching and gathering data from both the billing and accounting software according to Accounting department timeframes.
This full-time position works a schedule of Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm with weekends off!

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient with accounting or billing software
- Ability to cooperate with other employees and also be able to work independently when needed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assimilate large volume of data from various sources
- Accuracy entering data into computer systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
- One (1) year experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Proficient with the Micro Information Processing (MIP) or Unicentric ServicExpert systems
- Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables
