Administrative Assistant/Secretary
Lifesteps, a local nonprofit organization with its central office in Butler, PA, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the clerical and administrative duties of several managers.
Candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, function well in a team environment as well as complete tasks independently.
The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work independently to support the completion of the department’s goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner.
Full-time Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Part-time Hours can be 16 to 28 weekly. No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma/GED and two years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work effectively in multi-agency environments
- Able to analyze, demonstrate good judgment, attention to detail and have problem solving skills
- Competent to work with confidential information in a responsible manner
- Developed customer service, interpersonal and communication skills including positive phone etiquette
- Current driver's license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle
- Supports the mission of the Agency
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
