Job Title: Employment Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required!
Schedule: Hours/schedule discussed in interview. Flexibility is required if needed to accommodate a weekend or evening meeting depending on the needs of the people supported in the program.

Position Overview: Provides supervision and vocational related training, including but not limited to job skills, transportation, proper work habits, socialization skills, proper dress, and work safety, to support people receiving services in a wide range of Vocational settings.
Location: This position requires some travel to job locations and meeting locations of the people supported in the program. The office location is in Chili, NY.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree and one year of related experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related vocational and/or human services experience.
- Must meet LAI's Vehicle Operator Requirements.
