Position Title:                         Account Executive

Position Summary

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Proactively build and maintain professional relationships within the industry to identify new business opportunities and enhance Lighthouse Works' market presence.
  • Partner with internal teams to draft, edit, and finalize customized proposals for prospective clients and ensure accurate, high-quality submissions.
  • Ensure proposals are clear, concise, and aligned with company offerings and client needs.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, securing agreements that align with Lighthouse Works' objectives.
  • Lead the development and submission of compelling and comprehensive proposals in response to competitive procurements (RFP, RFI, RFQ, ITN, etc.) ensuring all requirements are met and proposals are submitted on time.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining proposal templates and standard response materials to expedite future submissions.
  • Meticulously and accurately record all activities in the CRM system to maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database.
  • Provide top-tier customer service through smooth client communication and timely follow-ups to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients. Proactively identify opportunities to further support them.
  • Serve as the liaison between the clients and other internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance).
  • Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and organizations to stay current on market trends and expand professional networks.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on sales progress, proposal status, and client engagement for internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

Qualifications



Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology or services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in managing and growing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
