Job Description

Ready to be part of something brand new and exciting? CarolinasDentist is opening our newest location in North Raleigh, and we're looking for an upbeat, detail-loving Patient Experience Coordinator to help us launch with energy and excellence! If you're passionate about people, love creating great first impressions, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment - we want to meet you.

As the first point of contact, you'll be the heart of our patient experience, managing everything from scheduling and insurance verification to welcoming every guest with a smile. You'll work closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and ensure each patient feels supported, informed, and cared for.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and same-day treatment coordination
• Verify insurance and handle financial discussions with clarity and compassion
• Maintain accurate records in Open Dental
• Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
• Jump in to support the team wherever needed-no task too small!
  
  

Qualifications

• What We're Looking For:
• Dental front office experience preferred
• Open Dental knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and love for team collaboration
