Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and same-day treatment coordination
- Verify insurance and handle financial discussions with clarity and compassion
- Maintain accurate records in Open Dental
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- Jump in to support the team wherever needed-no task too small!
- What We're Looking For:
- Dental front office experience preferred
- Open Dental knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and love for team collaboration
- Organized, proactive, and customer-service focused
