The Role
As a dispatcher you will play a pivotal role in the achievement of company metrics and revenue production. Our dispatchers are the bridge between our customers, field technicians and customer service department.
Key Sub Tasks
- Maintain constant communication with field technicians, parts department and department managers.
- Maximize all revenue opportunities by dispatching the right tech to the right call.
- Make dispatching decisions based on technician's skills sets, KPI track records and lastly, geography.
- Schedule parts installations and repairs.
- Ensure the technicians follow the processes in place.
- Keep a constant line of communication with the service manager in regards to the team's performance and areas of opportunity.
- Ability to make quick decisions based on factual information.
- Assist in fine-tuning our processes and improving the business by bringing new ideas to the table.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
