We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as Certified Nursing Assistant.
The professional in this position will be responsible for assisting nursing staff in total patient care within the scope of their certification.
Hours: Full–time, 60 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 am—6:30 pm.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist patients in their daily cares.
- Ambulate patients as instructed.
- Position patient safely, properly and comfortably according to specific needs.
- Take and record vital signs and report to the nurse.
- Assist with admission, discharge and transportation of patients.
- Clean assigned area, stock and replenish supplies and equipment as required.
- Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.
Requirements
- Must have current nursing assistant certification from a state-approved training course.
- Current BLS required at the time of hire.
