What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at LinGate Hospitality?
LinGate Hospitality is hiring an Accounting Clerk to perform general accounting functions for hotels owned and managed by LinGate Hospitality
-Enter Daily Sales and payable and bank deposits
-Accounts Receivable entry and Credit Card Account Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable – Enter invoices, Reconcile statement and Process payments
-Compile monthly sales data and prepare monthly sales tax returns (Multi-state)
- Assistant accounting managers with month end closing and special projects
Qualifications:
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
-SAGE and M3 Accounting software experience a plus.
