Job Description
This role can be based in Sunnyvale-CA, San Francisco-CA, Omaha-NE, Chicago-IL, Detroit-MI, New York-NY, Washington-DC, and will be determined based on where the hired candidate for the role currently resides.

The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy team is looking for a star performer to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations for our Marketing Solutions business. This individual will work closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, and product organizations to help craft new business models, define monetization strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and develop cross-functional processes to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead 2-3 monetization strategy initiatives concurrently that will help our SMB advertisers grow
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Data Science, Product Management and Marketing to determine how the next generation of Marketing Solutions’ features and products will be brought to market and monetized
- Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to identify and evaluate opportunities that will accelerate customer acquisition, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic outcomes
- Build analytical models using LinkedIn’s data warehouse via SQL to size and prioritize opportunities
- Drive internal employee research and voice of customer interviews
- Develop business cases to align senior executives on key monetization decisions and partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to implement strategies
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance and Revenue to develop implementation plans that will support the systems and revenue reporting of pricing offers
- Develop process foundations to improve discounts and offers governance, execution, market validation, & decision making
- Measure and track monetization performance and ROI to enable continuous improvement
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years in Management Consulting or Project/Program Management or Pricing
- 3 years experience with experience in SQL
- BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with strategy or planning, preferably in advertising
- Experience in structuring complex problems to make them easy to solve and explain
- Strong communication skills – storytelling and giving presentations – to drive decisions with senior management
- Leadership skills - Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives
- Analytical skills - Ability to construct and analyze A/B tests for marketing experiments
- Commitment - Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Self-starter who has experience working in highly cross functional, technical teams
- Experience working with and supporting B2B sales organization

The pay range for this role is $119,000 to $186,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
