Reports to: Corporate Channel Marketing Manager
Status: Full Time
Office: Listen Technologies – Headquarters / Bluffdale- primarily in-office/hybrid schedule will be evaluated as needed.
Overview:
The Marketing Generalist is a versatile role, responsible for executing and supporting various marketing initiatives. This position requires a broad set of skills to effectively manage a wide range of marketing tasks, from social media engagement and content creation to marketing automation and campaign management. The Marketing Generalist works closely with the marketing team to create, coordinate, and execute marketing activities to promote brand awareness for Listen and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee our social media strategy and execution, as well as social engagement and voice of the company.
- Manage and coordinate email campaigns using various marketing automation tools.
- Work with the marketing team to create/curate engaging content for various platforms.
- Manage asset translation projects to support global sales.
- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing tools to enhance online presence.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and trade shows, including managing swag/promotional inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
- Curious and self- motivated.
- Effective at working in a cross functional role with other members of the marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Or equivalent experience in marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be both a contributor and coordinator, balancing workload as well as contributing completed work product.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
- Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to communicate well.
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
