Overview:
Key areas of responsibility:
- Manage incoming inquiries from all levels of customers
- Limited account management for dealers, representatives, or channel partners
- Sales support via phone, emails, and chat
- Maintain accurate data within CRM
- Opportunity follow-up
- Support in achievement of the sales forecast
The Sales Support Administrator’s (SSA) primary responsibilities are to manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and follow up accordingly. This role follows up on customers’ needs and requests, including end users, dealers, reps, and consultants. SSA will also maintain CRM data integrity by working through assigned reports. SSA works closely with Listen’s sales teams and product groups to leverage sales for all products and maximize sales companywide. SSA is key to implementing the company’s Sales and Marketing Plans.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- This position is customer-facing, punctual arrival, dependable attendance, and professional appearance are imperative
- Manage inbound workload of phone, chat, and email lead inquiries with a sense of urgency and within the established lead handling processes
- Follow established protocol for maintaining CRM Data
- Follow up on assigned opportunities
- Develop relationships with assigned accounts that result in the ability to leverage opportunities
- Functional understanding of Listen’s channel and GTM sales model
- Demonstrates selling skills and product knowledge for all product groups
- Complete understanding of the company pricing model and opportunity creation
- Work with assigned accounts, whether on the phone, via the internet, or in person
- Work cross-functionally with the necessary departments to ensure customer needs are being met
- Participate in events such as product webinars and other events as needed
- Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments of product lines
- Uphold and execute the company brand, values, philosophy, ethics, culture, and integrity

Qualifications:
- Must be positive, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Must be a punctual, dependable, and reliable team player
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, well spoken
- Passionate about problem solving
- Must be organized and driven to succeed
- Must be outgoing and enthusiastic about sales
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED Preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to work full time in Bluffdale, Utah office.
