- Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs
- Scheduling and setting appointments for Service
- Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service
- Follow up with via phone, email, and text
- General administrative duties, as assigned
- Maintain outstanding phone etiquette
