What You’ll Do
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly document repair needs
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Upsell maintenance services and products based on customer needs
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
