Our Ideal Candidate

• Subaru Certified Master Technician status (or close to it), with completion of Subaru's required technical training modules.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with Subaru vehicles in a dealership or high-volume shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills using Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) and proficiency with the STARLINK system, CVT diagnostics, EyeSight technology, and other brand-specific systems
• ASE Master Technician Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willing to relocate and reside in Spokane Washington
  
  

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an at home or professional technician is required.
• Ability to navigate technology with ease.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
