What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Coordinate vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with technicians
- Clearly explain service recommendations and estimates
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of satisfaction
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
