Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and a passion for creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for our infants and toddlers. As an Infant, Toddler, or Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our young learners through interactive activities, individualized attention, and positive reinforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants and toddlers.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all state licensing regulations and center policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in infant and toddler care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
