Responsible for the overall inventory and security of stored items. Responsible for overseeing the receiving and stocking supplies and making deliveries. Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation of the Warehouse, Accountable for directing the work of Receiving Clerks, assuring that internal guest have a favorable experience.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Assists with the development and managing of the budget for the Warehouse Department.
- Supervises programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
- Schedules staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels employment and at the level to ensure a positive experience by the internal guests of Live! Casino.
- Development of staff, to include training, interviewing for new hires, performance management, to include disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
- Assist with coordination and supervision of department financial data.
- Reviews Warehouse activities and promotions with Warehouse Department.
- Monitor and adjust performance.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Responsible for receiving and unloading stock items for the casino.
- Responsible for inventory and storage of all items.
- Deliver supplies to designated locations.
- Assure maintenance and safety all equipment
- Operating forklift to move supplies in and out of warehouse.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Inspect all storage areas and inventory to ensure that receivers have kept them in a neat and orderly manner.
- Deliver stored items to department personnel as defined in manual of procedures.
- Work to ensure the safety and security of Live! Casino team members and guest property.
- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control laws and regulations.
- Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
- Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.
- Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws for local area. Knowledge of Health Department, applicable OSHA Regulations, and Gaming Regulations.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Two to five years’ experience Warehouse operations and supervising people and processes.
- A 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
- You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
- Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
