Servers are the front line of selling products, making suggestions, and enhancing customer experience. A server is the person who has the most interaction with customers. This interaction is ESSENTIAL in assuring a positive experience for customers. Quick organized service is important. Agile creative thinking can make the best of an otherwise unpleasant or forgettable experience. Clear communication with customers, colleagues and management is key to solving/avoiding problems and ensuring excellent service. A level of trust and understanding is needed to assure suggestive selling technique are successfully received and considered by customers.
General Job Description:
- To provide our guests with the highest level of consistent, professional and well-mannered service.
- To promote teamwork within the restaurant while creating a positive work environment with coworkers.
- To properly and efficiently execute the steps of service.
- Always maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide impeccable customer service to all guests by implementing knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Reporting on time and in proper neat and clean uniform.
- To respond positively and professionally to guests requests.
Server Requirements:
- Proficient in all aspects of food service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage served at Alices’s.
- Display an assertive and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and needs of all guests.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts.
- Must be able to carry about 40lbs comfortably and safely.
Salary : $29,800 - $37,700
