POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Junior Account Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships and connecting within the mass market hub (including supermarkets, 3rd party distributors, retail locations, club stores, and many more) You will work alongside our National Account Managers to discover customer needs, find solutions, prepare sales presentations, and close the deals.

Requirements
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Represents LiveTrends item portfolio to multiple small and national retailers
- Acts as primary point of contact for accounts
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of each assigned account
- Participates in the development and presentation of product line reviews
- Develops and implements plans for achieving sales and POS goals in each assigned account
- Prepares and submits sales activity reports and sales forecasts
- Initiates contact with new potential customers
- Participates in industry trade shows as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to serve as a role model and uphold the LiveTrends Vision, Mission, and Values
- Passion for design, fashion, and home décor are a big plus
- Creativity and solution-driven way of thinking
- Ability to travel as required
- Openness and willingness to learn how to deliver client-focused solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field and/or combined experience
- Self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive under pressure

Performance Requirements:
- Full Time
- Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental and period closing requirements.
- Observance of all company Policies and Procedures.
- Physical demands include light work, prolonged walking and/or standing along with the occasional exertion of up to 10-15lbs of force.
