What We’re Looking For: As bartender & mixologist, your creative flair, energy and passion will be central to our guests’ experience. In this part-time role, we’ll count on you to serve our customers, educate them about our spirits, and make memorable cocktails.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends and techniques to contribute to our drink menu.
- Work closely with the Head Bartender to ensure consistency in service and uphold our craft brand’s standards.
Your Skills:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, cocktail-focused environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for craft spirits and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
