Job Overview

The Server/ Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Stock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with cash handling as needed.
- Support food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food handling safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar environment.
Skills
- Strong cash handling skills to manage transactions effectively.
- Excellent guest service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Previous experience in a nightclub or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
