Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with a pleasing personality and a customer forward attitude for our front desk. Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide relevant information to visitors in-person and via phone
- Assist residents with questions regarding RentCafé, our online resident portal
- Assist prospective residents with the application process
- Communicate with prospective and current residents via email and social media sites
- Ensure front office and breakroom areas are tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order and manage inventory of supplies
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Manage vehicle maintenance by scheduling appointments, drop off/pick up, inspect and log staff vehicle condition
- Learn and maintain basic knowledge of affordable housing programs
- Support internal departments with various tasks and projects as needed
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service
- Knowledge of relevant computer applicants (Microsoft Office suite)
- Bi-lingual a plus!

Requirements
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
