What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Analysis position at Lm Services Corporation?
In this position you will build and manage the hotel's group room blocks and inventory; take phone calls from guests to create and modify reservations. Handle guest complaints as they arise if necessary. Generate specific reports as assigned. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue and the Sales team to meet goals and deadlines. In addition, you will work closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure that rooms are ready and available for arriving and upcoming guest and groups.
- High School Diploma
- Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
- Ability to effectively deal with customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact ad diplomacy to defuse anger to collect accurate information.
- Ability to access, read and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and patrons.
- Ability to input 25 WPM on a computer keyboard.
