Crazy Mountain Ranch is a project by Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) that manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana.
The Retail Associate will be responsible for assisting and guiding member’s and guests through the shopping process, from initial greeting to final purchase to ensure their experience is always up to Crazy Mountain Ranch’s standards.
This is a Full-Time Year Round position
Job Duties
- Meet and greet members and guests with a smile and positive cheerful attitude.
- Provide exceptional member and guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees.
- Answer questions and assist with requests.
- Execute purchases and process payments.
- Restock, label, and organize merchandise.
- Maintain a standard of cleanliness in the store.
- Assist in receiving and processing product shipments.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail experience.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and developmental skills.
- Computer knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Available to be on-site as needed and during high occupancy including weekends and holidays.
