Welcome to our Park Avenue Allure. The Minibar Attendant performs all duties associated with minibar including restock, cleaning and servicing of all minibar refrigerators and pantry items. Job Specific Inventories guest room refreshment pantries to determine consumption by guest Prepares refreshment pantry charge ticket and forwards to appropriate cashier for billing to guest account Replenishes refreshment pantry items consumed Inspect refreshment pantry contents and maintains freshness of product Cleans and maintains refreshment pantry appearance to established standards Removes consumed amenity items and/or room service trays from guest rooms Completes DND/No Service, inventory and in-house guest list paperwork Communicates discrepancies regarding refreshment pantry usage to captain Restocks and rotates refreshment pantry attendant cart supplies Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent One plus years experience as Food Service /Room Service Attendant in quality food service/hotel operation Thorough knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards Exceptional guest service attitude and abilities Ability to lift, carry, and push carts weighting 35 pounds Ability to bend and walk for long periods at a time Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays The wage for this position is $30.38 to $30.38.
