What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician, Production-Third Shift position at Lone Star Bakery, INC.?
Shifts: 11pm-8am and 8pm-4am
These shifts pay a differential.
Job Functions:
- Troubleshoot.
- Repair automated and integrated production equipment including:
- Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical and control systems
- Minimize production/packaging downtime.
- Improve yield and quality as well as assist with the retrofits and upgrades of the production/packaging equipment.
Minimum requirements:
- High School diploma with 2 years of experience
- 2-5 years of related experience experience must include manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
- Some PC skills required.
- Strongly prefer experience in food manufacturing. Experience with automated manufacturing processes in Food and Beverage Manufacturing a plus.
- Experience with DC voltage 0-30V and AC 0-480V is a plus.
- Experience with AC/DC Inverters a plus.
