Overview
We are seeking a Parts Manager to oversee our parts department, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive parts management and supply chain logistics.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and distribution of OEM parts
-Work closely with Service Department to ensure a timely turnaround of parts for internal jobs and work orders
- Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary parts and supplies
- Utilize Dealer Management System for inventory tracking
- Oversee parts sales and customer service
- Ensure accurate data entry for inventory and sales records
- Supervise parts staff and provide training as needed
**Requirements:**
- Experience in automotive/diesel/heavy equipment repair and/or parts management
- Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Familiarity with forklift operation for handling heavy parts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory control systems
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Previous experience in a similar role within the heavy equipment industry

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
