Job description: This resource will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure, application instances and databases that are required to maintain the Budget System. OverviewDFA has a custom developed Statewide Budget Solution that provides the following plans for the State of Arkansas: Annual Operational Plan, Biennial Plan and Budget Manual.The system is developed in .Net along with StimulSoft Reporting Software.This resource will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure, application instances and databases that are required to maintain the Budget System. The scope of services will also include problem resolution, analysis and other support services at the discretion of the Applications Development Manager. Knowledge of state and federal laws, procurement, budget, human resources, payroll laws and processes, administrative practices and procedures, and methodologies of related business segment.
