$20,000.00 Sign On Bonus for twenty four month FT commitment
Twelve months of $1,000.00 Housing Allowance Upon Relocation

This position determines, coordinates and manages daily staffing assignments, schedules and levels.
This position is considered a 'working manager' position, and fills in for staff in appropriate modalities when needed. Ensures shifts are covered.
Follows up on all patient results, care and data.
Oversees the orientation and training of new radiology employees. Tracks annual and new hire competencies and ensures they are sent to personnel file.
Responsible for compiling regulatory compliance data, safety data, and PI data for reporting purposes. Manages department process improvement projects and reports results to appropriate committees.
Assists the Director in multiple issues,and acts on behalf of the department in the director's absence.
Is responsible for the oversite and ordering of departmental supplies.
Ensures that briefs, debriefs and huddles occur within the department.
Coordinates equipment maintenance in collaboration with the Director.
Collaborates with Director on interviewing/hiring and disciplinary actions for staff; including coaching and mentoring of staff. Tracks all required orientation and competency, upon hire and annually. Ensures all staff's licensure and certifications are current and up to date.
Meets regularly with Director to discuss any department issues or employee relations issues that have arisen.
Will hold KRONOS timekeeping responsibilities
Qualifications:
Qualifications - External
Requires HSD/GED and Associates degree.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be a graduate of a program in their specific discipline
Requires:
Current NM Imaging certification/registration in a specific modality (discipline).
Current in specific discipline registries/certification
Must have current BLS upon hire.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Two years of working Imaging experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
