Personal Injury Case Manager

We are looking for our next SUPERSTAR pre-lit case manager with at least three (3) years pre-litigation experience in our Plaintiff's Personal Injury pre-litigation setting.
The Candidate for our PI Case Manager position would need to be able to perform the following tasks:
- Capable of overseeing 120 pre-suit personal injury file
- Possess extensive experience with personal injury case management software.
- Request medical records, insurance limits and ability to compile medical bill summaries.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Prepare closing documents, including settlement statements/HUDs/CDs
- Conduct & maintain a positive & enthusiastic interaction with all clients.
- Must be great with client communication.

1. You must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
2. You are great with people (not just good). You can easily sympathize with them, and you are good at navigating tricky social situations tactfully.
3. You can keep your cool when someone else is freaking out.
4. You would enjoy answering the phone every time it rings. It’s never an “interruption” to you; it’s an “opportunity.”
5. You are Internet and technology literate, and you would feel comfortable learning new systems
6. You can “check your baggage at the door.”
