Responsibilities
A Desktop Services Technician provides support and quality service to X staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of progressive experience in a desktop support role.
- Familiar with MS applications
- Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Experience in a Healthcare environment is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft's SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus.
- Experience with VDIs is a plus.
- Certifications (A , MCP) a plus
- Basic support of application and database servers is a plus
