- Handles administration of technical prep direction and ensures accurate placement of patients on the various schedules at all facilities to enable timely delivery of service to the patient.
- Handles telephone calls in an efficient manner to meet corporate guidelines for waits and delays as well as meets abandonment ratio criteria.
- Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance including dealing with physician concerns and ensures insurance data is collected accurately to alleviate authorization issues.
- Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year related experience
