Produce Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and organized Produce Team Leader to support the produce department's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality produce standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the activities of produce hosts, ensuring efficient and effective guest service.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and implement effective stock management practices.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve merchandising displays, promotions, and product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational plans and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of experience in a produce-related role, preferably in a grocery store or retail environment.
• Strong understanding of produce operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales promotion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of produce handling, storage, and display techniques.
