Job Duties:
- Monitor physicians' schedules daily to optimize physician scheduling.
- Schedule patient appointments considering orders, urgency of care, and patient convenience.
- Coordinate appointments across multiple sites when necessary.
- Utilize insurance verification procedures to ensure maximum reimbursement and correct payment for services.
- Proficiency in clinical, registration, and scheduling software systems.
- Be open to learning and adapting to new systems as required.
- Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of telephone calls related to the service area.
- Answer calls using telephone customer service skills, aiming to maintain a 95% customer satisfaction rate for telephone interactions.
Position Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent training acquired through work experience or education.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous job-related experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training acquired through work experience or education.
- Previous experience as a Service Rep is highly preferred.
