LSI Staffing is looking for Machine Operators to join our warehouse client's team in Independence, MO! The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machines, performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the operation of industrial machinery and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Follow safety protocols when operating machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents.
- Understand and adhere to production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of production data.
Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shifts, overtime as needed
Wage: $20-25/hour depending on experience
