Shift: 11:00PM to 7:30AM, Monday thru Friday
Pay: $17.50/HR

The job involves identifying and separating defects, following packaging instructions, and implementing 5S principles. The role requires active engagement in environmental, health, and safety practices, as well as complying with company policies. The main duties and responsibilities are distributed as follows:
- 60% of the time is dedicated to production-related tasks, including identifying and reporting defects, performing inspections, trimming and sorting parts, operating secondary equipment according to work instructions, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- 20% of the time is allocated to maintaining quality standards, which involves understanding and communicating quality requirements, following ISO procedures, performing basic visual quality checks, and adhering to product packaging specifications.
- 10% of the time is focused on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) practices and 5S principles. This includes creating a safe work environment, identifying and addressing unsafe conditions, complying with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, and actively participating in EHS initiatives through safety reporting and observations.
- The remaining 10% involves tasks such as grinding defective parts, recognizing common materials, ensuring good parts are not placed in regrind, and marking initials on boxes.
