LSI Staffing is looking for skilled Shop Technicians to join a premier manufacturing team in the Alliance area. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial machinery, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the installation, tear-down, and repair of critical industrial equipment, including:

  • Engines & Turbines

  • Gearboxes

  • Power Transmission Equipment

Requirements

  • Ideal Candidate: Prior experience with mechanical tear-downs and repairs of heavy machinery.

  • Minimum Requirement: A strong mechanical background and experience working in a manufacturing-based environment.

  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to start quickly.
