Senior Accounting Manager
LSPedia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and drive financial excellence in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
Process Optimization: Design and implement streamlined accounting processes to support scalability and efficiency in a growing organization.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Minimum Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in SaaS accounting principles, including revenue recognition (ASC 606).
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or ERP systems.
Background in startups or high-growth companies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
