Come be part of Lucky’s Team! We are a growing Dog Treat manufacturer and E-commerce company located in Norcross with an immediate need for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator with payroll experience.

Overview
Essential Functions:
· Screening walk-ins
· Onboarding and offboarding.
· Organize and maintain personnel records both paper and electronic.
· Create and submit weekly reports.
· Responsible for employee relations.
· Answer employee’s questions about HR related issues
- Responsible for bi-weekly payroll
· Other administrative duties
Qualifications & Experience:
· 3-5 years related work experience and/or education.
· BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED
· Ability to organize, prioritizes daily work, and maintains strict confidentiality
· Working knowledge of HRIS systems, ATS systems, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
