Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: 100% Onsite - Columbia, SC

Interview Format: Microsoft Teams (Camera On Required)

Relocation: Open nationwide (Relocation at candidate’s expense)

Position Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Enterprise Project Managers with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead Agile teams and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. These are newly created roles to facilitate and embed Scrum best practices across multiple project and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams in following Scrum frameworks and Agile principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback loops.
• Track team performance through KPIs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and Agile maturity.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3 years working with Azure DevOps for backlog tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong conceptual understanding of software development and database querying.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Agile frameworks such as:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Prior experience working in government environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation lifecycle.
  
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
