Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: 100% Onsite – Must be a South Carolina Resident (No relocation allowed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and experience supporting enterprise desktop environments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in documentation creation, training delivery, and communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, printers, networks, and MDM-managed iPhones.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Deliver training sessions to end users as needed.
- Administer and support enterprise tools including SCCM, MDM solutions, and GPO policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain desktop infrastructure and resolve endpoint issues.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology Management
- OR 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience & Skills:
- 5 years in enterprise desktop support and customer service
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop administration
- 3 years of experience in system administration
- 3 years of experience with:
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- GPO (Group Policy Object)
- Strong understanding of enterprise desktop support concepts, particularly network endpoint troubleshooting.
- Experience with mobile device management tools such as AirWatch and Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with Lansweeper or similar asset discovery tools.
