Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse engineering projects, working independently with minimal supervision.
- Mentor and review the work of junior engineers.
- Design, implement, and enhance electrical systems, components, and products for commercial, industrial, or domestic use.
- Develop technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and documentation to meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive engineering solutions.
- Conduct detailed calculations and prepare specifications for procurement and project planning.
- Estimate costs and manage budgets to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and system issues.
- Supervise and train project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in electrical engineering; advanced degree holders may have less experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in engineering software, including CAD and scientific analysis tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Expertise in solving complex problems and applying engineering principles.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
