JOB DUTIES
- Schedule service appointments
- Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner and obtains vehicle information
- Performs walk-around on all vehicles at time of service write-up
- Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and with attention to detail on the repair order
- Explains completed work and all charges to customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a strong work ethic and act with integrity and professionalism
- Two years previous automotive experience, preferably in a service department
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Current valid driver's license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
