HOURS: Full-time, Overnight Shift, on-call (as needed).

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for youth ages 10 to 17 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program. Provide direct supervision, evaluation and training to designated residential staff. Assist in hiring, orientation and training. Attend and participate in designated team meetings and in-service training and crisis intervention.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or two years of post-secondary education (completion of minimum of 60 semester credits) and one year of experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
