LSSI is hiring a full-time Counselor Case Manager. To assist clients in achieving objectives and goals as identified; eliciting solutions while collaborating with clients; Coordinating services for client care.
Schedule:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 5pm

Essential Functions:
- Manage a client caseload of 7-10.
- Present up to 5 didactic groups per week based on Evidence-Based Practices.
- Provide Counseling (Ind/group), and Case Management for caseload.
- Communicate with Supervisor, treatment team, and collateral agencies to address clients’ needs.
- Complete all required paperwork related to client services in a timely manner per policies and procedures.
- Learn & utilize the HER (Electronic Health Record) as an essential tool to complete clinical documentation & other job functions/requirements.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Annual TB test.
- Minimally, CADC certification.
- Minimally, experience in substance use field 1-3 years preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
