LSSI is hiring afull-timeRecovery Support Specialist. To provide recovery support to residents as part of the Recovery Home team. This includes case management, documentation, and individual meetings with clients.
Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10am to 6:30pm

- To assist Residents in becoming more involved in their own recovery.
- To assist/support residents in developing and maintaining recovery-oriented, wellness-focused lifestyles.
- To serve as an advocate for residents in the recovery home.
- To serve as a mentor for residents in the Recovery Home.
- Communicate with Supervisor, treatment team, and collateral agencies to address clients’ needs.
- Perform intakes when assistance is needed.
- To partner with residents to access the services and supports that will help individuals attain personal recovery goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- CRSS Required or willing to obtain within 2years of employment.
- Annual TB test.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
