The Las Vegas office is growing, and they are seeking talented design professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment with opportunities to work on impactful, large-scale architectural projects.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Architect / Project Manager to join their Las Vegas team. While there is a strong preference for candidates with hospitality, hotel, resort, or gaming experience, the firm remains open to any strong applicant with excellent design sensitivity, technical capability, and leadership potential.
This individual will play a key role in guiding project teams from concept through construction, supporting design development, coordinating with consultants, and upholding the firm's commitment to quality and innovation.
- Lead or support projects through all design and construction phases
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist in developing design concepts aligned with project goals, schedule, and budget
- Produce and oversee high-quality architectural drawings, details, presentations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
- Manage schedules, tasks, and deliverables when serving in a leadership role
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, creative, and inclusive studio culture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 4-15 years of professional architectural experience (mid-level and senior roles available)
- Strong preference for hospitality, hotel, resort, or gaming project experience
- Open to all candidates with strong technical, design, or project management skills
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination abilities
- Architectural licensure preferred but not required (depending on experience level)
