The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building science, architecture, or engineering, with a focus on building envelope systems. You will be responsible for providing expert consultation, conducting assessments, and managing projects to ensure the integrity and performance of building envelopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of building envelope systems.
- Develop detailed designs and specifications for new construction and retrofit projects.
- Perform testing and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of materials and systems.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients, architects, and construction teams.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., BETC, BEC, EP) is highly desirable.
