Our client in the Temple, Texas area is looking to hire a Production Associate for their location. The ideal candidate will need prior production line and/or warehouse experience for this position. Responsibilities include operating machinery and equipment along the production line, assembling, packaging, or inspecting products according to company standards.
The Day-to-Day:
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Perform quality control checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow health and safety regulations to prevent workplace hazards.
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous Production Line and/or Warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $17.00 /hr
- Monday to Friday
- 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- or
- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- or
- 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
